There is a shopping dropoff point located at the Show entrance where you can leave your purchases whilst you watch the Show. Please note that this is not a left-luggage facility and does not have the space to accommodate suitcases.
Royal Windsor Horse Show Club Members have their own shopping drop-off point located next to The Club.
The Show Information stand can be found at the entrance to the Shopping Village where Show staff can answer any queries you have about your day at Royal Windsor.
There are also many maps around the Showground to help you find your way around.
Toilets and disabled toilet facilities are all available across the Showground. Baby changing facilities can be found in the disabled toilets.
Buggies are able to access the Showground, although please be aware that some areas are grassy and not on hard standing. Buggies are not allowed into the grandstands but can be left at the entrances at your own risk.
Windsor is a great Show for all the family and there is plenty for children to see and do.
Baby-changing facilities are available on site and are located in the disabled toilets.
Please note, the Show takes place in the private grounds of Windsor Castle, which is a greenfield site, so please be aware that some surfaces are uneven, particularly if you have buggies or prams, or young children. There are five different arenas at Royal Windsor so visitors should also expect to travel some distance during their visit. The uncovered areas of the Showground are also subject to weather.
Special rates for group tickets are not available this year due to COVID-19 restrictions.
We regret that dogs are not allowed on the Showground.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted in structures or portable buildings, including the seating or shopping areas. Windsor is an open-air site.
Please be aware that bag searches will be in operation so we advise leaving an extra 15 minutes to enter the venue and go through security. This is for the safety of all our visitors and staff and we thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Food and drinks are permitted in the arena seating in plastic containers, but glass is prohibited at all times.
To avoid disrupting other visitors and competitors, moving in and out of seating is only permitted at the beginning and end of a round during competitive classes.
Flash photography at the Show is prohibited and camera lenses must not exceed 200mm as this can obscure the view of other guests.
If you are competing at the Show you can purchase photographs of your class through 1st Class Images.
