There are four types of tickets to the show – General Entry (with optional Castle Arena West Grandstand reserved seat add-on available – see below), The Castle Stand seating with its own dedicated Bar & Cafe, the Premium Hospitality Option – the new Lugano Orangery, and Membership of Royal Windsor Horse Show Club. A GENERAL ENTRY TICKET THURSDAY TO SUNDAY INCLUDES:
- The Windsor Showground including the Castle Arena, Frogmore, Copper Horse, Adelaide Arena, and the International Driving Arena.
- Access to the five Show Hubs – areas of interest for Art, Performance, Gardening, Food and Green.
- Access to Royal Windsor Shopping which has more than 175 stands.
- Seating in the Castle Arena with this ticket type is unreserved and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There is limited, unreserved grandstand or benched seating at the Frogmore, Copper Horse and Adelaide. There are also grandstands for some of the Driving Obstacles on Marathon Day – Saturday.
YOU MAY ALSO PURCHASE A RESERVED SEAT FOR THE MAIN (CASTLE) ARENA TO GO WITH YOUR GENERAL ENTRY TICKET. THIS OFFERS:
- All access to arenas, Showground and Shopping as above.
- A reserved seat for the Castle Arena grandstand for the duration of the day in one of the premium grandstands. All reserved seats are covered.
A GENERAL ENTRY TICKET FOR WEDNESDAY INCLUDES:
- Access to limited unreserved seating in the Castle Arena’s west grandstand for the International Dressage Grand Prix; there will be no displays or other competition in the Castle arena or other arenas on the Showground.
- Limited catering options available.
- Windsor Shopping will not be open.
- There will be no parking on site; please park in the town or use public transport (both Windsor train stations are within easy walking distance from the Showground).

Royal Windsor Horse Show Castle Arena Seating Block Plan
Unreserved seats in the West Grandstand are uncovered – these are in the front eight rows of each Block apart from the rows in Blocks 1 and 2 and in Blocks 8 and 9.
There are two wheelchair platforms in the West Grandstand, the one in front of Block 8 and 9 can have spaces reserved. The one in front of Block 1 and 2 is available on a first-come first-served basis, ie unreservable. Both wheelchair platforms are uncovered.
Reservable accessible seating is in the first four rows behind the wheelchair platform in Blocks 8 and 9. This is uncovered.
There is also accessible seating in the first four rows behind the wheelchair platform in Blocks 1 and 2; this is on a first-come first-served basis.
