Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd May
VIP Lunch in the Lugano Orangery
- Access to the beautiful Lugano Orangery Enclosure from 11:30am to the end of the Show
- Your own allocated table to enjoy a delicious waiter-served three-course lunch with wine from 11:30am to 2:30pm
- Pay bar available for alternative drinks
- Seats in the Castle Arena for use after lunch
- Access to the showground and all five arenas from Show opening in the morning
- VIP parking on the showground and only a short walk from the Lugano Orangery
- A full-colour souvenir programme for each guest, including start lists
£250 per person inclusive of VAT – minimum booking of two.
Afternoon Tea in the Lugano Orangery
- Access to the beautiful Lugano Orangery enclosure from 3.15pm to the end of the Show
- Your own allocated table to enjoy a luxurious afternoon tea
- Pay bar available for alternative drinks
- Access to the showground and all five arenas from Show opening in the morning
- Forward parking in Home Park Public car park
£120 per person inclusive of VAT – minimum booking of two.

Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th May
On Saturday and Sunday we are delighted to offer a full day’s hospitality package, giving you and your guests the perfect location to sit back and enjoy the day’s competition. The package is £560 per person inclusive of VAT with a minimum booking of two guests.
- Show entrance tickets for you and your guests on your selected date
- Access to the Lugano Orangery from 8am to Show close
- Views of all the action in the main Castle Arena from the Lugano Orangery and its private terrace plus allocated seats in the Castle Arena Grandstand
- A full-colour souvenir programme for each guest, including start lists
- VIP parking on the showground and only a short walk from the Lugano Orangery (One pass for every two guests)
- Freshly baked breakfast pastries served with a selection of teas and coffees
- A seasonal three-course lunch with paired wines
- Complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks throughout the day
- Afternoon tea providing the traditional combination of savoury finger sandwiches, scones and delicious, sweet treats
