Certain Royal Windsor Horse Show ticket types are eligible for upgrades, if you change you mind and would like a different ticket option. Please see below upgrade options, and this step-by-step guide on how you can upgrade your tickets yourself, and just pay the price difference between your current ticket and your upgraded ticket:
Original Purchase: General Entry Tickets
Upgrade Option: West Stand, Castle Stand or Hospitality Tickets
Please note there is no special rate for group 10+ tickets.
Original Purchase: West Stand Tickets
Upgrade Option: Castle Stand or Hospitality Tickets
Please note Hospitality Tickets are not yet live, so upgrades to this option will be available from December 2024.
If you have purchased your tickets on a payment plan, upgrades are not possible.
