Sustainability - Royal Windsor Horse Show
This hub is kindly sponsored by New Horizon Plastics, a specialist in plastics recycling and long-term partner of Royal Windsor Horse Show.
Their showcase this year will display ways in which a variety of plastic products can be recycled in everyday day life focusing on creating sustainable practices for everyone within the equestrian community.
The hub will take you through a journey of how plastic can be reused and/or recycled from its original form and turned into another useful product. For example, farm wrap can be turned into plastics pellets which can then be used to make garment covers, continuing the environmentally friendly lifecycle of items that the equine industry uses in daily life.
They also offer many other innovative solutions to manage plastic waste, which will all be showcased in the Sustainability Hub, so make sure you come and meet the people behind these innovations and learn how you can make a difference.
In addition to the New Horizon Plastics Sustainability Hub, pay a visit to the White Griffin Stand in the Hubs Area and discover how nature supports and enriches equestrian life. This special activation spotlights biodiversity and its critical role as the foundation of equestrian life. A thriving, biodiverse environment nurtures both the wellbeing of our horses and the health of the land, influencing daily care and feeding, through to the beautiful spaces we ride in. White Griffin are passionate about providing equestrians with the tools and knowledge to invest in the health, happiness, and future of horses and their environment. Stop by the stand to get an insight into the future of sustainable equestrianism.
