There is a wonderful variety of Displays that take place in the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Castle Arena each day of the Show, plus an exciting Exhibition Polo Match on Saturday 16th evening.

Defender Drive & Drive

A thrilling new highlight for 2026 is the Defender Drive & Drive, an exciting head-to-head contest that will see traditional Carriage Driving go up against modern automotive performance. Renowned Carriage Driver and stuntman Dan Naprous will take the reins of a four-in-hand team of horses, competing directly against a Defender OCTA driven by a professional driver, as both tackle the same course in a timed challenge.

Azerbaijan – Land of Fire

Be amazed at this spectacular display of horsemanship and music – all the way from Azerbaijan, presented by the country’s Equestrian Federation. The display will feature 23 horses and 24 dancers, accompanied by a 60-piece orchestra and two opera singers.

DAKS Pony Club Mounted Games

Taking place throughout the Show week, the final of the Games takes place on Sunday. Teams from England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland compete against each other in a variety of challenging but hugely entertaining races – fun for all the family!

The Defender Shetland Pony Grand National

The highly competitive jockeys (and ponies!) will be battling it out for a win in the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Castle Arena every day. Watch these brave little ponies speed around the course and cheer them on as they head for the finish.

The Musical Drive of the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery

The Show continues to celebrate its rich traditions with the return of the spectacular Musical Drive of The King’s Troop, Royal Horse Artillery. This year, the Troop proudly marks its 80th anniversary, celebrating eight decades of ceremonial excellence and military heritage. As a longstanding feature of the Show’s programme, the display demonstrates the precision and horsemanship for which the Troop is renowned.

Exhibition Polo Match - Azerbaijan vs Guards Polo Club

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting an International Exhibition Polo Match between Azerbaijan and Guards Polo Club, taking place in the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Castle Arena on Saturday 16th May in the only evening competition of the week.
