Media Accreditation

Media accreditation for Royal Windsor Horse Show 2026 is now open.

Please note, the Media Accreditation system will follow the same process as for 2025. Accredited Media will be issued with photo ID passes which will be picked up from the Accreditation Cabin upon arrival. You will require two forms of ID to pick up your pass. Parking passes will be sent electronically. No letters or passes will be sent via post.

We do have limited space and we are not able to accredit all media who apply, but we do assess each application on an individual basis.
