Media Accreditation

Media accreditation for Royal Windsor Horse Show 2025 is now open.

Please note, the Media Accreditation system will follow the same process as for 2024. Accredited Media will be issued with photo ID passes which will be picked up from the Accreditation Cabin upon arrival. You will require two forms of ID to pick up your pass. Parking passes will be sent electronically. No letters or passes will be sent via post.

We do have limited space and we are not able to accredit all media who apply, but we do assess each application on an individual basis.

Update for 2025
Content creators: please note that content creators who are working for riders/commercial clients will be required to pay a fee of £450 + VAT per company in order to gain media access. This will give you full access to the Media Centre with its workstations, internet, tea and coffee and support from the Media Centre team. Applications and payment must be received by Friday 2nd May 2025.
