I haven’t received my ticket. What should I do?

If you are a General Entry booker our team here will forward your message on to the Box Office and ask for your ticket to be resent to your email. If you are unable to receive emails for any reason, please take your name and order number to the Box Office on arrival who will be able to reprint your tickets on site.
