A novice pony is a pony 4 years old and over.
To be Judged on Saturday, 15th May in the Copper Horse Arena
- Class 113 BSPS Novice Show Pony, 138cms
- Novice Pony, mare or gelding, 4 years old or over, exceeding 138cms but not exceeding 138cms. Riders not to have attained their 15th birthday before 1st January in the current year.
- Prizes: £41; £31; £26; £16; £11; £11.
- Class 114 BSPS Novice Show Pony, 148cms
- Novice Pony, mare or gelding, 4 years old or over, exceeding 138cms but not exceeding 148cms. Riders not to have attained their 17th birthday before 1st January in the current year.
- Prizes: £41; £31; £26; £16; £11; £11.
- Novice Show Pony Championship
- To be judged from the 1st and 2nd prize-winners in Classes 113 and 114. Class prize-winners eligible for the Championship must compete or forfeit their class prize money.
- THE BURGESS CHALLENGE TROPHY, presented by Mrs Robert Howe in memory of Fred and Sandy Burgess.
- Champion: £105. Reserve Champion: £52.
