Coloured Horse and Pony Classes
This show is affiliated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK). Both the owner and the rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse or pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete, but in order to qualify they must both be Showing Members and the horse/pony must be registered with the Society before this show for the qualification to be valid (except Ponies (UK) / BSPS qualifiers where Membership and Registration, if not already in place, must be made within 14 days of qualification for qualification to be valid). The CHAPS (UK) Championship Show will be held on 3rd - 5th September 2010. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS (UK) for appropriate qualifier card. Ponies (UK) Summer Championships will be held on 11th - 14th August 2010.

- Coloured In Hand Championship
- For the best Coloured In Hand in the Show. To be judged in the Castle Arena from the 1st and 2nd prize-winners in Classes 39, 40, 42, 43, 45 and 46. Class prize-winners eligible for the Championship must compete or forfeit their class prize-money.
- Champion: £105. Reserve Champion: £52..
- Class 49 CHAPS (UK) Coloured Ridden, Non-Native Pony
- Non-Native Type Ponies, 4 years old and over. Not to be ridden by
the judge. To be shown plaited &
trimmed, not to exceed 153cms (15hh).

- Class 50 CHAPS (UK) Coloured Ridden, Non-Native Horse
- Non-Native Horses, 4 years old and over. To be ridden by the Judge or judge’s representative. To be

- Class 51 CHAPS (UK) Coloured Pony, Ridden, Native / Cob / Traditional
- Native / Cob / Traditional Type Ponies, 4 years old and over. Not
to be ridden by the judge. Not to exceed 148cms (14.2hh).

- Class 52 CHAPS (UK) Coloured Horse, Ridden, Native / Cob / Traditional
- Native / Cob / Traditional Type Horses, 4 years old and over. To be ridden by the Judge or judge's
representative. To be shown plaited & trimmed, to exceed 153cms (15hh).
Special rosette to the highest placed Coloured Horse & Pony Society member. - Prizes in each section: £41; £31; £26; £16; £11; £11.
- Coloured Ridden Championship
